Self-Confidence & Empowerment Coaching

In coaching, we call the thieves of confidence and power “saboteurs’ and '“limiting beliefs’. We often harbor negative beliefs that we don’t recognize or know that we have. The term saboteurs and limiting beliefs refer to negative convictions held as truths that limit your thinking, behaviors, feelings and ultimately your life. They can be so strong that they hinder your life’s direction through self-judgement, self-doubt and self-sabotage. These false ideals restrict your:

  • Self-worth

  • Power

  • Growth

  • Voice

  • Self-esteem

During our Self-Confidence and Empowerment Coaching sessions, we identify and challenge the roadblocks of saboteurs and limiting beliefs you have about yourself and others. Our one-on-one sessions will focus on building your confidence and self-esteem, empowering your individual voice and creating a strong self-image. We co-journey together to eliminate self-sabotaging barriers and replace limiting beliefs with sound, new beliefs about yourself and others.

Group Coaching

Sometimes in life we find that need to journey with others. Group coaching brings together small, intimate groups of people in a conversational space. These groups are centered on subjects such as goal planning, building self-esteem, accountability, self-care, and more. In these group sessions, the group members thoughts, feelings and actions are the focus, not the coaches.

Benefits of group coaching include:
